Dear Craig,
After being out of work six months, I finally have a job offer but they require me to move clear across the country. This will totally disrupt my family and my wife doesn’t want to move. What should I do?

Dear Ken,
The best way to resolve this is for you and your wife and family to sit down and discuss your future vision together.
What are the family priorities now and in the future? What will the perfect family day look like now, in the future?
Does this relocation get you closer or farther from that vision?
This is a good place to start.
